Lauckner & Moore are Tom Lauckner and John Moore whose vision was to create a gourmet sandwich bar and coffee shop, where they would focus on the very best ingredients and combinations coupled with the highest standard of service and atmosphere.

The result was Piece, which opened in Summer 2008 in up-and-coming Finnieston in Glasgow. Going from strength to strength, Piece's reputation for inspirational sandwiches and soups, fine coffee and devilishly tempting patisserie prompted the arrival of {Another} Piece in July 2011, on the infamous Great Western Road. In 2012 the brand continues to grow with Lauckner & Moore @ Film City Glasgow which opened in early January at Govan Town Hall.
